Each One, Reach One

Changing the world one child at a time. Liberia is a war-torn, ravaged nation. The nation’s civil war stemmed from tribal conflicts, mainly between freed American slaves and the native tribal groups. Started in 1989, the war lasted until early 2004, leaving hundreds of thousands of people slaughtered in its wake. Disease spread rampant as a result, and the unfortunate aftermath of these atrocities is thousands of innocent children orphaned to fend for themselves. CHAP International is committed to reaching the small, overlooked orphanages in Liberia who urgently need aid.

I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one
of the LEAST of these brothers of mine,
you did for ME. – Matt. 25:40

Please Consider Child Sponsorship. When was the last time you had the opportunity to save a life? For just $30 per month*, you can provide a child with:
  • Clothing
  • Education
  • Shelter
  • The Gospel
  • Medication (if needed)
You will receive your chosen child’s personal story along with a picture of him or her. As you exchange letters and photos, you’ll be sharing the love of Christ with a child who desperately needs hope for not just a bright future, but all eternity. The joy these children feel when they know that someone across the globe cares for them means more than you can imagine.

If your circumstances change, you can discontinue your child sponsorship at any time.
*Tax deductible
Why are some of these ‘children’ over 18?
Many teenagers have never been educated because the 14 years of civil war made schooling impossible. As a result, some Liberians will never graduate until they are 30 years of age. CHAP is committed to sponsoring children, as well as those whose childhood was stolen from them, giving them a second chance at education and life.
